📜 Terms of Service

1. Orders are confirmed via phone before dispatch.

2. Products are shipped within 12–24 hours of confirmation.

3. Delivery is usually completed in 3–5 business days.

4. Only Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

5. Returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or wrong product.

6. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.

7. Customer pays for return shipping.

8. Providing false information or misuse may result in cancellation.
